Idaho Association Meeting To Be Held
The Annual Meeting for the Idaho Association of the Central Pacific Conference, United Church of Christ, will be held at Pilgrim Cove Camp on Friday and Saturday, April 26 and 27. This meeting will provide an opportunity to connect with fellow members of affiliated churches within the state while conducting necessary business of the Association.
Friday evening has an unstructured agenda. Dinner will be served at 6:30 p.m. Breakfast on Saturday will be served at 8:15 a.m., with the business meeting beginning at approximately 9:30 a.m. and should be concluded in time for an early afternoon departure following lunch.
Conference Minister Rev. Molly Carlson will be visiting for the meeting and our own Tyler Vance and family will provide the opening music.
Our church is allowed seven delegates, which may vote on any business conducted. If anyone would like to be a delegate at the meeting, please see Pastor Char.
The cost for anyone wishing to stay at the camp will be $50 for Friday night and up to three meals or $75 for Friday and Saturday nights and up to five meals. For those who don’t wish to stay overnight at the camp, the cost for meals is $11 per meal.
