Lent begins with Ash Wednesday, February 13. Our church's service of ashes will be the following Sunday, Febrary 17. Bring your palm branches from last year to church before that date to be burned down into ashes.
Lenten Soup and Bread Suppers will begin February 20 at 5:30pm and continue each Wed. through March 20. Supper will be followed by a study lead by Woody Woodworth. Woody lived in Israel and studied Jewish culture. He will be teaching us about Israel and the Jewish culture in the time of Christ. For Maunday Thursday, March 28, Woody will lead us in a Seder meal to commemorate the last supper. |

Good Friday A special service will be held on Good Friday, March 29. It will begin at 6 p.m. and will be a time of music and meditation, remembering the crucifixion. Special music will be provided by the choir and others.

Easter Sunday, March 31, will begin with breakfast in the fellowship hall at 9 a.m., served by the men of the church.
Following breakfast will be worship at 10:45 a.m. This will be a glorious celebration of Jesus’ resurrection. Once again, there will be special music by the choir and also by musicians Tyler Vance, Ray Havlicak, Linda Corder, and Lois Fry. Pastor Char will bring an Easter message.
Plan to attend and celebrate our risen Lord.
